Who is Lewis Ramsier?
Personal Story
My name is Lewis Ramsier, I am the proud owner of Suptilsunset.com.
I was born, brought up and still currently live, in Bournemouth in the south of England.
For those of you who aren’t familiar, Bournemouth is a coastal town almost smack bang in the middle of the country along the south coast.
Living in a coastal city has meant I was never too far away from the water and now, quite frankly I start to feel weird being any more than 15 minutes away from the sea.
I am an avid water sports fan and enjoy a wide variety of activities; as long as it’s near or in water you can count me in.
A lot of my love for water sports has come from my brother who always used to take me with him to the water.
Be it for swimming, fishing, surfing or of course more recently stand up paddle boarding.
In fact me and my brother are so passionate about water sports, specifically paddle boarding, that we wanted to make it available to the masses and started Sup2you.co.uk.
Sup2you is a hire company for inflatable paddle boards however we add a unique twist. Sup2you ship boards with next day delivery anywhere in the UK, the hirers simply place the boards back in the shipping boxes and send them back to us once their hire is complete.
Handling, using and more importantly hiring boards daily taught me a lot about the pinch points and hiccups that new or part time paddle boarders face.
This was the inspiration to make this website and clear up these queries to allow the paddle boarding community we have grown to keep on growing.
Where Do I Paddle Board?
Well as you have just discovered I live in Bournemouth, when I head out on the water I often find myself either splashing round near the pier of Boscombe or I sneak around the bay to seek some shelter down near Sandbanks on those windy days.
Fortunately living where I do I am extremely spoilt with miles and miles of glorious beaches and equally as beautiful rivers. If you happen to live near Bournemouth feel free to keep an eye out for me and don’t be afraid to join along on any paddles
Goals and Aspirations
One of my main goals is to get back in or on the water a lot more, whilst I own and run this site as well as a few others this unfortunately isn’t my full time gig, I actually work as a contracts manager within the construction industry.
This often means I am up and on the road before first light and often sitting in traffic on the way home as the sun goes down.
This has meant I haven’t been able to get out on the water as much as I would like to, but I plan on changing that moving forward.
One of my other goals is to build this site as well as my others up to a point in which I can commit full time to producing great content and driving on my sites.
🚗The last goal I have is a lifetime goal that one way or another I will achieve, this goal is that one day I will own a Lamborghini.
Whilst I’m not an all out petrol head I have always liked and enjoyed cars and my dream car has and I believe always will be a Lamborghini.🚗
